Our service calls are categorized into two priority levels:
- Service calls that are received between 07:00 and 14:00 on regular weekdays, or;
- Does not require same-day service
Some examples of Non-Emergency calls are Preventative Maintenance calls, On-Site Consultations, Training, etc.
Service calls requesting same-day service that are:
- Received after 14:00 on weekdays
- Received on weekends
- Received on holidays
